The VPN Series uses a lightweight aluminium ‘X bar’ heating element, which rapidly heats up and cools down to intuitively respond to changes to your heating schedule - ensuring you’re never left in the cold for too long. Heating via convection, this 1500w version of the VPN Series warms the surrounding air to raise the temperature - offering immediate warmth as a secondary or top-up heating system in home offices, guest rooms, or tricky to heat spaces that require additional heating.

WiFi Control

These versions of the VPN Series can be programmed through the integrated control panel on the front of the heater. They also come with the DSM interface, offering unparalleled convenience through a wealth of smart heating technology. Using the compatible app and WiFi Hub, the VPN Series DSM can be controlled and programmed from iOS and Android devices - allowing you to set a heating schedule, monitor your energy consumption, and interact with your heaters from anywhere in the world. For completely hands-free heating, this modern electric panel heater can even be used in conjunction with Google Home and Amazon’s assistant Alexa - so you can sit back, relax, and adjust your heating with nothing but your voice.

The VPN Series DSM goes a step further by anticipating your heating requirements through its innovative geolocation feature. When activated via the Technotherm app, this smart electric panel heater can detect when you’re coming and going from your home, turning the temperature down when you leave and turning it up when you return. It’s intuitive smart heating that doesn’t require any input from you whatsoever!

Assign comfort, economy, or anti-frost modes to hourly intervals via the control panel or adjust all your settings using the app. The Technotherm app also allows you to create multiple user accounts, so you can share the control of your heaters with guests: a great feature for holiday lets, hotels, or any other accommodation.

Featuring energy-saving features as standard, the VPN Series comes with adaptive start and open window detection. Adaptive start allows the VPN to pre-heat ahead of any scheduled times to ensure it reaches temperature exactly when specified. Whereas open window detection stops the VPN Series from heating if it detects a rapid drop in temperature - all of which are usually found on high-end electric radiators rather than panel heaters. The VPN Series also features a double thermocouple for additional safety.
