TPF-Eco Radio Frequency Thermostat
The TPF-Eco is designed for easy DIY setup and requires two, AAA lithium batteries.
To pair your panels with the thermostat, follow the simple instructions in the manual. The thermostat can accommodate up to nine infrared panels and numerous thermostats can be used in one property.
The TPF-Eco has an IP30 rating and should not be used in bathrooms or anywhere where it could be exposed to water.
Eco Interface WiFi Controller
Simply plug the Eco Interface into a standard socket and then into your home internet router.
To login to the Tydom app, simply write down the last 6 characters of your Eco Interface’s MAC address (found on the back of the interface), open the app, enter the 6 characters in capitals into the login field, create and enter a personalised password (minimum 8 alphanumeric symbols), and press the connect key.
From there, you can pair individual infrared panels to the app, adjust your temperatures in 0.5°C increments, group heaters together into different zones, and program set heating times with a few simple taps.

The Eco Thermostatic Control System provides complete control over Technotherm infrared panels. All Technotherm infrared panels come with integrated RF receivers, which can be controlled by either the TPF-Eco Radio Frequency Thermostat or Eco Interface WiFi Controller, without the need for additional wiring or professional installation. Simply choose your control mechanism, set it up DIY, and enjoy immediate, hassle-free heating.
When using the TPF-Eco, changes made on the thermostat are transmitted directly to your heaters. When using the Eco Interface, changes are made on the Tydom app, which are then instantly relayed over WiFi to the Eco Interface, which adjusts your heaters. In this scenario, the TPF-Eco must also be used to send temperature readings to the Eco Interface.
TPF-Eco Radio Frequency Thermostat
The TPF-Eco is an essential component in your Technotherm heating system and must be purchased to adjust the temperature of your panels. The thermostat connects to a maximum of 9 heaters, allowing you to create a detailed heating schedule that minimise waste and ultimately saves you money on your monthly bills. To zone your heating, that is to control separate batches of infrared panels on a room-by-room basis, it may be best to purchase multiple thermostats.
Eco Interface WiFi Controller
The Eco Interface allows you to control your heating via WiFi when used in conjunction with the TPF-Eco Thermostat, which provides the Eco Interface with real-time temperature readings. Once you connect the Eco Interface to your home internet router and download the free Tydom app on a smartphone or tablet, you can manage all your heaters while you’re away from your property, assigning temperatures, interacting with your schedule, and turning individual heaters on and off with the swipe of a finger wherever you are.
Changes made on the app are instantly transmitted to your home router, which communicates with the Eco Interface, and then your Technotherm panels to relay instructions. The TPF-Eco Thermostat is a crucial component in this setup because it relays the current room temperature to the Eco Interface. The TPF-Eco must be purchased alongside the Eco Interface for WiFi control.
