    We recommend installing this thermostat away from bright sunlight or draughts, both of which may interfere with temperature readings. Radio interference can occur if the thermostat is fitted near TVs or computers. Depending on any obstruction caused by walls and furniture, the range of the thermostat’s frequency is 20m. It can be wall mounted, DIY style, and requires 2xAAA batteries for operation.

    Receivers can accommodate a load of 13 Amps. Dimensions of the thermostat are 120 x 83 x 20mm (WxHxD) and each receiver has dimensions of 69 x 139 x 45mm (WxHxD).

    The Celect thermostats and receivers should not be installed in bathrooms or places exposed to water.

Another great control feature is manual mode, a function that temporarily overrides your programmed schedule, for times when you want to a make a quick, convenient adjustment. The large LCD screen and user-friendly buttons make heat management accessible and easy to navigate. The Celect also provides automatic frost protection, which switches the heater on when the temperature dips below 5 °C. Additionally, the thermostat is accurate to ± 0.5 °C and can control temperatures between 5 – 35 °C, making it suitable for most properties.

Technical Specifications

The Celect CC852 Wireless Thermostat and 2 Plug-in Receivers requires 2xAAA batteries for operation. In a suitable location, the Celect can be wall mounted DIY. This thermostat can also be plugged into any standard 13A socket, with the heaters plugging directly into the receivers themselves. This version of the Celect comes with three receivers and be used in combination with three infrared heaters.  Each receiver can support a load of 13 Amps. You will require an additional receiver for every heater you wish to use with the Celect.  Please note these thermostats and receivers are only IP30 rated and not suitable for installation in bathrooms or anywhere they will be exposed to water.
