Decorating a bathroom on a budget means just that; you don’t have to break the bank… The bathroom is one of the most used rooms in the house and takes a fair old bashing, (depending on the amount of people who live there of course). There are lots of ways to add a bit of luxury to your bathroom, as a starting point, a new coat of paint is just the ticket.

Making crucial decisions about your bathroom renovation is never easy, especially when it seems like there’s a new product coming to market every week. From baths to sinks via towels and tiles, there are a myriad of decisions to be made about your new bathroom, but one of the most crucial is often the most overlooked – towel rails.

The humble bathroom has gone through a considerable reinvention over the last few decades. Since the mid-nineties brought us a seemingly infinite number of home renovation programmes, we’ve begun to see bathrooms as less of an embarrassment and more of a space where we can begin to spread out artistic wings. We have decided to pull together a few of our favourite design tricks for 2014/15 to answer that very question.

In life there are certain luxuries that we afford ourselves. A good set of knives here, a nice pair of shoes there, and, of course – high quality towels.
