The Ecostrad TriQ WiFi Heating Element is supplied with a fitted plug for straightforward DIY installation in standard spaces. For bathroom installations, the element must be professionally hardwired by a qualified. Before purchasing, always ensure that the wattage selected is suitable for the heat output of your radiator or towel rail.

The element is designed for use with Ecostrad designer radiators and towel rails filled with an appropriate glycol-based thermal fluid. It must remain fully submerged in the heating medium during operation; otherwise, the element will automatically cease functioning.

With an IPX4 splashproof protection rating, the Ecostrad TriQ WiFi Heating Element is suitable for use in bathroom zones 2 and 3 when installed correctly. Always refer to the appliance manufacturer's guidance regarding bathroom suitability.

Please note: Ecostrad cannot guarantee that any given radiator will work effectively with the element and are therefore not responsible for the performance of the TriQ WiFi Element in non-Ecostrad radiators. Always check with the radiator manufacturer to ensure the product is suitable for use with the Ecostrad element.
