This radiator comes pre-filled with thermal fluid. MOA Blue heating elements will arrive separately and must be fitted by an electrician. Please ensure that you have both the radiator and the element before booking a contractor.
Triga designer electric radiators are rated IPX5 and must always be installed by a professional electrician, no matter whether it’s for use in bathrooms or in any other areas of the home – they are not supplied with a plug for this very reason. For further installation information, please see the mounting guide and product dimensions. Always defer to the manufacturer’s guidelines about the bathroom suitability of any product.
Care must always be taken when connecting multiple radiators or heaters to avoid overloading the ring main of your property. If you are unsure, contact a qualified electrician for advice. For a professional installation, cables can be shortened and the heater connected to the mains supply by a fused spur. This work must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
When fitted to their adjustable wall brackets, these radiators have a fitted depth of 82 - 90mm.

Terma Triga Vertical Designer Electric Radiators come with an 8 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on the radiator body and a separate 2 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on the electronic heating element.

Sophisticated Control
Aside from their aesthetic, one of the most impressive features of Triga Designer Electric Radiators is their cutting-edge Terma KTX 4 Blue heating element, which offers a level of control on a par with some of our most advanced electric heating systems. Using the Terma BlueLine heating app and a Bluetooth enabled mobile device, you can adjust the Trigas’ heat levels from your phone or tablet with ease and even create a custom 7-day heating schedule. If you don't want to use a mobile device to control your designer electric radiators, the heating element also includes a simple, push-button interface that allows the heaters’ output to be increased or decreased incrementally between 1 – 5 stages.
Energy-Saving Features
The KTX 4 Blue incorporates a host of other useful functions to make the Triga range convenient and easy to use. If you only want to use your radiators for a short period of time, you can make use of their convenient timer function. This feature allows the radiators to warm for a restricted period between 1 – 4 hours, after which they will switch off automatically. An anti-frost mode is also included, which will activate when ambient temperatures fall below 6 °C to prevent pipes from freezing. A temperature sensor in the KTX 4 Blue element limits the maximum operating temperature of Triga Designer Electric Radiators to 60 °C. As an additional safeguard against overheating, the heating rod also includes a fuse which will cut power to the radiators if they exceed a temperature of 82 °C.
Models TRIVW4-19, TRIVW5-17, and TRIVW6-13 will come supplied with a MOA Blue heating element rather than a KTX 4 Blue. This element is identical in functionality but has a round interface and 2-hour timer rather than a 1-4-hour timer. More information can be found in the MOA Blue element manual. The radiator body and MOA Blue heating element will arrive as two separate parcels so please ensure that you have both items before booking a contractor for installation. An electrician will be required to fit the element to the radiator and hardwire it to the mains.
Terma Triga electric radiators have an IPX5 protection rating, making them suitable for installation in bathrooms, provided they are hardwired by a professional electrician.
