These towel rails come pre-filled with thermal fluid. The element will arrive separately and must be fitted by an electrician. Please ensure that you have both the heater and the element before booking a contractor. The element can be fitted in either side of the rail.

Radiators and towel rails for bathrooms, cloakrooms and wet rooms must be professionally installed by a qualified electrician and not sold as a DIY product. Always defer to the manufacturer’s guidelines about the bathroom suitability of any product.

The fitted depth of this towel rail is 106mm.

Please note: open windows, extractor fans and covering a towel rail can all impact the heater’s ability to warm a space effectively. Room humidity may also decrease the heat output of your electric towel rail, reducing its effectiveness as a towel dryer.

Warranty

Ecostrad Round Jet Velto Thermostatic Electric Towel Rails come with a 5 Year Warranty on the heater body and a separate 2 Year Warranty on the electrical element.

Once it reaches temperature, the rail requires less energy to maintain warmth, making it an efficient choice for everyday use. The Velto thermostatic element automatically regulates room temperature based on your chosen setting and can be programmed by the hour or day to fit around your routine. For quick towel drying, simply activate boost mode, which runs the heater at full power for up to 8 hours before switching back to standby.

Easy, Intuitive Control

All heating functions are managed directly on the device using the Velto’s touch-senstive interface and backlit LED display. With temperature adjustment between 7–30 °C, a child lock, eco and comfort presets, and safety features like open window detection and frost protection, the Round Jet is a simple yet sophisticated heating solution that doesn’t rely on WiFi or apps.

Installation

The Ecostrad Round Jet Velto Thermostatic Electric Towel Rail must be hardwired and wall mounted by a qualified electrician. Installation is generally quick and straightforward.

With an IPX4 rating for splash protection, the Round Jet is safe for use in bathrooms and kitchens, provided it is installed in line with manufacturer guidance. This towel rail is covered by a 5 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on the rail body and a separate 2 Year Warranty on the Velto element.
