Ecostrad Ascoli Designer Electric Radiators come pre-filled with thermal oil, however, the element will arrive separately and must be installed by a professional electrician. Please ensure that you have both the radiator and the element before booking a contractor for fitting.
These radiators are rated IPX5 and can be installed in bathroom zone 3. The Ascoli must be installed at least 1m away from any source of water in order to protect the finish of the product. Always defer to the manufacturer’s guidelines about the bathroom suitability of any product. The Ascoli is not suitable for DIY fitting and must be installed by a professional electrician, who will need to hardwire it into the mains.
Care must always be taken when connecting multiple radiators or heaters to avoid overloading the ring main of your property. If you are unsure, contact a qualified electrician for advice. For a professional installation, cables can be shortened and the heater connected to the mains supply by a fused spur. This work must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
Ecostrad Ascoli Designer Electric Radiators come with a 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on the radiator body and a separate 2 Year Warranty on the electrical components.

The Ecostrad Ascoli electric radiator offers a completely new take on comfort heating, blending modern design with advanced Bluetooth app control. Its sleek, flat bars and ultra-low profile allow this slimline heater to maximise your room space, providing reliable warmth without compromising on style. These Ascoli electric radiators come in a crisp white and are also available in textured anthracite.
The Ascoli has been specially developed by experts to deliver effective warmth and is custom made for electric heating. Where many low-end designer heaters are just central heating radiators cheaply converted to electric, the Ascoli has a bespoke design that is made with electric in mind. Using unique Fast-Flo technology, it’s able to circulate heat through the body of the appliance far more effectively than a standard central heating radiator to provide a more even and efficient spread of warmth. Each Ascoli electric radiator is pre-filled with an engineered thermal oil that is slow to cool so rooms stay warm using less energy. This thermal oil has a non-freezing formula so even if temperatures drop below 0 °C, the Ascoli’s bodywork and heating element will remain protected from damage.
MOA Blue Heating Element
For easy and intuitive control over your heating, the Ecostrad Ascoli comes with a Bluetooth element that can be programmed using a smartphone or tablet. Just download the Terma BlueLine heating app and program each heater individually from a single, portable point of use. Set a custom heating schedule for every day of the week, hour by hour, to enjoy efficient heating that completely conforms to your daily routine. The app also provides access to energy usage statistics, and when a tariff rate is added, it can calculate your running costs to help you identify where to save money. It also allows you to program your heating using either the radiator’s internal temperature or the external ambient room temperature.
The MOA Blue heating element has a push-button interface for manual control and lets you access 1-5 heat levels and a 2-hour drying function. It comes with a frost protection mode to stop the ambient temperature of your room dropping below 6 °C and has an internal sensor that limits the maximum operating temperature to 60 °C. To protect the Ascoli from overheating, a thermal fuse will also cut power to the electric radiator in the event it exceeds 82 °C.
Installation & Fitting
Ecostrad Ascoli designer electric radiators come with an IPX5 splashproof rating and can be installed in bathrooms when hardwired by a professional electrician. The radiator body and heating element will arrive as two separate parcels so please ensure that you have both items before booking a contractor for installation. An electrician will be required to fit the element to the radiator and hardwire it to the mains.
