Setting Heating Modes & Temperatures on the Ecostrad iQ WiFi Heating Element

The Alto TriQ is supplied with a fitted plug for straightforward DIY installation in standard spaces. For bathroom installation, the radiator must be professionally hardwired by a qualified electrician in accordance with current wiring regulations. Each unit comes pre-filled with thermal oil, with the heating element supplied separately for fitting.

Alto TriQ radiators require a two-person installation due to their weight. The fixtures supplied with each unit are designed for solid walls. If installing onto a stud or partition wall, consult a professional beforehand to ensure suitable support and fixings are used.

Alto TriQ radiators are rated IPX4 and can be installed in suitable bathroom locations when hardwired by a qualified electrician. Bathroom installations must be wall-mounted at least 1m away from water sources to help prevent surface corrosion.

We always recommend consulting a qualified electrician before connecting multiple radiators or heaters to avoid overloading the ring main of your property. If you are unsure about the scale of your project, a professional will be able to provide further guidance.

Warranty

Ecostrad Alto TriQ WiFi Designer Electric Radiators come with a 20 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on the radiator body and a separate 2 Year Warranty on the electrical components.

This item is available with free next working day delivery. You can choose your delivery date from our calendar at the checkout. Next working day delivery dates are available when you order before 2:30pm (excluding weekends).

Due to its weight, this item is delivered on a pallet. All pallets are delivered roadside so please be aware you will need someone on hand to sign for the delivery and move the item into your property. To avoid injury, we strongly recommend having 2 or more people for the lifting.
