These towel rails come pre-filled with thermal fluid. The element will arrive separately and must be fitted by an electrician. Please ensure that you have both the heater and the element before booking a contractor. The element can be fitted in either side of the rail.

Radiators and towel rails for bathrooms, cloakrooms and wet rooms must be professionally installed by a qualified electrician and not sold as a DIY product. Always defer to the manufacturer’s guidelines about the bathroom suitability of any product.

The fitted depth of this towel rail is 106mm.

Please note: open windows, extractor fans and covering a towel rail can all impact the heater’s ability to warm a space effectively. Room humidity may also decrease the heat output of your electric towel rail, reducing its effectiveness as a towel dryer.

Ecostrad Round Jet Electric Towel Rails come with a 5 Year Manufacturer's Warranty and a separate 2 Year Warranty on the electronics.

Ecostrad iQ WiFi Element

For unrivalled control, the Round Jet iQ is powered by the Ecostrad iQ WiFi Element. Its discreet touchscreen interface offers precise manual control, featuring a room thermostat and dedicated radiator thermostat for “Radiator Mode.” This mode lets you regulate the heater’s surface temperature directly, with a Low Surface Temperature option that caps the rail at 30 °C for added safety. Easily switch between functions via the app or the element’s intuitive control panel.

The Round Jet iQ also includes open window detection for smarter energy use. If the system senses a sudden 2 °C temperature drop over five minutes, it automatically switches into anti-freeze mode, conserving energy until conditions stabilise. You can even adjust the recovery interval (60 or 90 minutes) directly from the app.

Efficient Thermal Fluid Heating

Pre-filled with heat-retentive thermal oil, the Round Jet iQ delivers consistent, even warmth along the entire body of the rail. This stored heat keeps working after the element switches off, maintaining a comfortable bathroom environment while reducing running costs.
