Radiators and towel rails for bathrooms, cloakrooms and wet rooms must be professionally installed by a qualified electrician and are not sold as a DIY product. Always defer to the manufacturer’s guidelines about the bathroom suitability of any product.
Ecostrad Fina-E thermostatic towel rails come with a pre-fitted electrical element on the right-hand side. If you wish, you can remove the element and switch it to the other side of the towel rail. This is a job for a professional electrician, following the instructions provided in the element manual. It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure the element is correctly fitted in its new location.
Please note: open windows, extractor fans and covering a towel rail, can all impact the heater’s ability to warm a space effectively. Room humidity may also decrease the heat output of your electric towel rail, reducing its effectiveness as a towel dryer.
Please note: towel rail measurements exclude heating element.
Warranty
Ecostrad Fina-E Thermostatic Electric Towel Rails come with a 5 Year Warranty on the heater body and a separate 2 Year Warranty on the electrical element.

The Ecostrad Digital heating element incorporates a room temperature sensor and thermostat, so you can set the temperature of your bathroom to meet your preferred comfort level and the rail will heat as required. For short bursts of heat, the towel rail also comes equipped with a 1-5 hour timer function, where the rail will heat at maximum temperature for a limited duration of your choice: perfect for drying damp towels.
