Setting Heating Modes & Temperatures on the Ecostrad iQ WiFi Heating Element

Ecostrad Alto iQ WiFi Designer Electric Radiators are not suitable for DIY fitting and must be installed by a qualified electrician. They come pre-filled with thermal oil, but the element will arrive separately and must be installed by a professional. Please ensure that you have both the radiator and the element before booking a contractor for fitting. Due to the weight of these products, alternative fixtures may be required for installation on stud walls.

Rated IPX4, the Ecostrad Alto iQ can be installed in zone 2 or 3 of any bathroom. The radiator must be installed at least 1m away from any source of water in order to protect the finish of the product. Always defer to the manufacturer’s guidelines for bathroom suitability of any product.

Warranty

Ecostrad Alto iQ WiFi Designer Electric Radiators come with a 20 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty on the radiator body and a separate 2 Year Warranty on the electrical components.

This item is available with free next working day delivery. You can choose your delivery date from our calendar at the checkout. Next working day delivery dates are available when you order before 2:30pm (excluding weekends).

Due to its weight, this item is delivered on a pallet. All pallets are delivered roadside so please be aware you will need someone on hand to sign for the delivery and move the item into your property. To avoid injury, we strongly recommend having 2 or more people for the lifting.

If you are ordering multiple different items, we will always endeavour to dispatch your goods together. However, separate dispatches may be necessary if the items you have ordered are being shipped from different locations.
